Project Manager – Blyth or Hawarden

Permanent – Full Time

Salary – £35,000 – £45,000 pa, plus company benefits (company pension, employee discounts and Health Shield programme)

Travel – Expected to travel between sites where necessary

Hours – 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

We’re searching for a highly-skilled project manager to contribute to Cleardata’s growth. The ideal candidate will be expected to prepare and present progress updates to appropriate management channels on a regular basis, ensuring the innovation we seek is being achieved.

Objectives
• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
• Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements
• Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate internal and external client stakeholders, providing regular contact on project status and changes

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assess and manage risk within, and across, multiple projects
• Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for multiple digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progress
• Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchers
• Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans

Skills and Qualifications
• Significant project management experience deploying projects using formal project management frameworks (Prince 2 and Agile) – Salary will depend on the extent of experience
• Proven success working with all levels of management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

Preferred Qualifications
• Professional certification—including PMP/PRINCE II
• Previous success in producing deliverable software platforms
• Experience developing in-house platforms for internal processes
• Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members’ capabilities and skill sets.

Experience:
• Project Management: 2 years (preferred)

Bureau Operatives – Blyth and Hawarden

Cleardata offers document scanning, archive storage and a range of outsourced digital services to businesses throughout the UK.

The company is looking to recruit a number of Bureau Operatives to join their team based in Blyth and Hawarden, with immediate starts available.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a great team within a thriving business.

Individuals are required to have a keen eye for detail, good communication and listening skills, be able to meet targets and work well in a team.

Various shift patterns are available as well as weekend work.

Main tasks include:

  • Preparation of documents
  • Operating high speed document scanners
  • Data entry
  • Quality checking scanned images
  • Opening and sorting incoming mail
  • Warehouse operations

Requirement: Grade C or above in GCSE English or equivalent.

Lead Automation Developer – Blyth

The company is looking to recruit a Lead Automation Developer to join their team based in Blyth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a great team within a thriving business that is growing rapidly.

The successful candidate must be able to meet targets and lead a team comprising of 8 developers split between two offices in the UK.

Main Duties:

  • Will be required to create bespoke systems, scripts, programs, processes and reports to facilitate client projects and internal workflows.
  • Internal & client projects work with more focus on internal systems and applications.
  • Adhering to all company procedures and policies with key emphasis on data security and resilience.
  • Contributing to new project work design/development with emphasis on efficiency and scalable systems/processes, on premises and cloud based.
  • Problem solving and solution designing.
  • Attend and contribute to internal and external client meetings when applicable.
  • As a lead developer you will be responsible for doing research and preparing prototypes for proof of concepts.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the team by means of coaching and mentorship.
  • Ensure, good software design, key principles of design and implementation.
  • Analyse and resolve technical and application problems.
  • Research and evaluate a variety of software products

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Software Developer and high competency in a variety of coding languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript.
  • Prior experience in a technical leadership position
  • College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

  • Core Microsoft .Net
  • Source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
  • Automated testing
  • Agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum Experience with multi-threading and concurrency
  • Debugging, performance profiling and optimization Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories

Skills

  • Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
  • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
