Archive scanning services enable you to securely store your documents offsite and request your information as and when required. Our warehouse is protected by enhanced fire and security systems, 24 hour CCTV and all our team are checked by Disclosure Scotland. All scanned images are quality checked by two seperate scanning operators.
Cleardata’s retrieval team will locate, scan and upload your documents within two hours of your initial request. Documents can be uploaded via secure FTP, or via our cloud document management solution, enabling you to access your information quickly and easily, straight from your desktop.
Scanned images can be output to any required digital format. PDF and TIFF are popular options, but our IT team can work with you to ensure images are compatible with any existing document management or office systems.
