Cleardata Appoints New Chairman

Cleardata UK Ltd, a leading Document Management Company has appointed Mark Jones, former Director EDM, as their new Chairman.

Mark was a founder shareholder of EDM in 2004, where he was Group CFO and Group Deputy CEO. Formerly he was Commercial and Finance Director for Hays Consulting and Solutions Group and prior to that worked for Murray Johnstone Private Equity.

Mark is joining the board during a period of rapid growth, with Cleardata experiencing its best performance in the company’s history. Achieving over £4 million in new contract wins, as well as recruiting an additional 50 employees in the last 7 months.  Cleardata won the Let’s Grow Award in the North East Business Awards in March, to recognise its accelerated growth during the last year.

This is a really exciting time for the business, with their new state of the art £1.5m scanning and archiving centre in North Wales, near Chester.  Built with the support of a £304,000 Grant from the Welsh Government, the new facility will help create 18 jobs over the next three years.”
