Cleardata Have Won the 2017 Let’s Grow Award!

Cleardata are thrilled to announce that it has won the Let’s Grow Award for the Tyneside and Northumberland Region in the 2017 North East Business Awards. The company attended a sparkling award ceremony at the Marriot Hotel in Gosforth last night, to be crowned the fastest growing company of the year.

Cleardata’s demonstration of growth can be measured through an outstanding company profit increase and over £2.6 million in new contract wins. The company has also invested in a £1.5 million expansion of a new premises outside the region in Deeside Enterprize Zone in North Wales, with the support from the Welsh Government who provided the company with a £304,000 Property Development Grant in 2016.

Additionally, 38 new staff have been recruited in the last 6 months alone, taking the workforce to over 100 employees altogether. The company has also been awarded a place on 2 Public Sector Framework Agreements, providing a great opportunity for additional business from local and central government.

With its state-of-the-art technology, Cleardata UK Ltd is helping to transform the way businesses operate. Headquartered in Blyth, it started as a document scanning company, digitising documents for clients and has developed into a business that takes both electronic and paper information and uses industry-leading software to reduce manual processes. It is spearheading the trend towards large and medium sizes businesses outsourcing scanning, invoicing and mail room processes. Cleardata – winner of the Tyneside & Northumberland Small Business Award in 2015 – serves about 35 of the FTSE 250, public sector and NHS clients, with over 85% from outside the North East.
