Cleardata successfully pass assessment for BS EN 15713:2009
Cleardata have successfully passed BSI’s assessment for the Secure Destruction of Confidential Material standard,
BS EN 15713:2009, as part of it’s ISO9001 certification.
This ensures the company is following best practices for the management and control of confidential material destruction.
It provides additional assurance for businesses or organisations looking to outsource documents to Cleardata for the digitisation of their records, mailroom or physical archive storage. Documents are disposed of in a safe and secure manner, in line with the standard, which covers a strict set of regulations that must be implemented throughout the entire processes e.g. collection procedures, retention and destruction of confidential records.
