Cleardata’s delighted to announce that it’s been shortlisted for the Let’s Grow Award 2017

Cleardata are delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted for the 2017 North East Business Awards, in the Let’s Grow Award category, for the Tyneside and Northumberland Region.

The Let’s Grow Award recognises businesses that have demonstrated an exceptional amount of growth within the last 12 months. Cleardata has seen significant levels of growth, turnover and profit over the past year. Considering there isn’t a great amount of movement in the document management industry, Cleardata is certainly bucking the trend.

The company’s level of growth can be measured through an exceptional company profit increase, over £2.6 million in new contract wins and a £1.5m expansion in new premises outside the region in Deeside Enterprise Zone in North Wales, with the support of a £304,000 Property Development Grant from the Welsh Government in 2016. 38 new staff have now been recruited in the last 6 months alone, taking the workforce to 100 employees altogether. The company has also been awarded a place on 2 Public Sector Framework Agreements, providing a great opportunity for additional business from local and central government.

David Bryce, Cleardata’s Managing Director commented “The reason we’re growing at such a fast rate is down to our team getting involved with our customer’s business and genuinely being interested in how we’re able to help improve the way their documents and data is handled or processed. Our software and services help to transform the way businesses operate, enabling touchless processing for many different types of documentation. This allows our customers to save valuable time and money and to focus on other important aspects of their company”.

Cleardata previously won the North East Business Awards 2015 with the Small Business of the Year Award. Therefore, winning the Let’s Grow Award would be a great accolade to demonstrate the organisation’s great success story.

The North East Business Awards are organised and hosted by The Journal and The Gazette, with support from the North East England Chamber of Commerce. The awards are designed to identify the best businesses, of all sizes, in a variety of sectors in all corners of the North East region.

The winners will be announced on the 2nd March at the Marriot Hotel in Gosforth.
