Cleardata’s cloud-based online document management system is called Cleardox EDM. It enables you to easily access digital files from any location. Documents can be uploaded to the system from your desktop, using a drag a drop tool.
The system also features a smart indexing tool, enabling departments or users to set categories and indexing for specific document types, providing consistent and compliant documentation management and indexing for every single record added to the system.
Strict access controls mean you can restrict access to those users or job roles who need to view or edit a file. The system provides a secure audit trail which means that all user activity can be easily tracked, while version control makes sure that people are always working on the most recent version of a document. Added features available include ClearSearch, which allows users to find information quickly and easily, even when working in other systems.
