NDT Scanning & Digitisation of Non Destructive Test Film
Cleardata can scan and digitise industrial radiography film, used to record NDT or Non Destructive Testing Records. These films are commonly used in the petrochemical and aerospace industry to record information such as welding inspection and weld test records.
Cleardata’s scanning bureau provides a secure environment for your records, accredited to ISO27001 for Information Security and ISO9001 for quality managed systems. The scanning and secure storage facility is protected by biometric finger print entry, Redcare Security and enhanced fire detection equipment. All employees are security cleared.
Radiography films are scanned using our NDT Pro Industrial Film Digitiser. The scanner can digitise radiography films from 2.36 inches wide and up to 51 inches in length.
This equipment uses high definition technology and features an automatic digitisation calibration feature, to ensure virtually no variation in the digital image. The grey scale reproduction is also output to the highest quality to provide excellent digital radiography images.
All scanned images are quality checked by two separate operators. Digital images can be output to any required format and returned via secure ftp or uploaded to a secure document management system. Images can be indexed by any required field, enabling fast search functionality and retrieval for your non destructive testing records.
