This allows documents to be diverted to our secure mailroom for digitisation and digital return to your workforce.
How Does The Backup Mailroom Work
- Temporarily divert your mail to our secure bureau facility
- Our team will open, sort and scan incoming mail, based on your business rules
- Our data capture team can add metadata to the digitised images, to allow you to index by any required field. We offer intelligent capture software which can automatically extract data from the scanned image and validate against your databases to check compliance e.g. supplier name, address, reference number.
- Once digitised, electronic documents can be uploaded to our cloud document management system, providing flexible, secure access for your home based workforce to action. The cloud system, can be restricted by user, role or department, ensuring GDPR compliance for your documentation.
Cleardata is a leading UK document scanning bureau, with scanning facilities based in the North East of England and North Wales. Our mailroom business continuity service is in a operated in a secure environment.
Our bureau uses the latest in Kodak scanning technology, with the capacity to scan 5 million images per month. Scanned images are output to the highest quality DPI and checked by two separate operators.
