Four Year Framework Contract for Cleardata as Document Scanning Services Appointed to Crown Commercial Service RM3781 Agreement

Cleardata document scanning services appointed to RM3781 Crown Commercial Services Multifunctional Devices, Managed Print and Content Services and Records Information Management Services Framework Agreement
Cleardata UK Ltd has had a great start to 2017. The company has won a place, alongside three other suppliers, on Lot 5 – Scanning Services of the RM3781 Crown Commercial Service Multifunctional Devices, Managed Print and Content Services and Records Information Management Services framework agreement, worth an estimated value of £25,000,000.

This framework, developed in collaboration with YPO and ESPO, will provide customers across the whole of the public sector with cost effective access to document scanning services, both offsite or on-site, including one-off scanning projects or back scanning.  The agreements are set up to enable a fast, efficient procurement process, with access to competitive prices. Suppliers have already been through a rigorous selection and evaluation stage, with financial, compliance and additional checks performed, to ensure key requirements can be delivered.  The Framework is also fully compliant with UK and EU procurement regulations.

Cleardata is able to deliver all aspects of the Lot 5 specification, offering secure, accredited document scanning services, with 200% quality checking processes.  The bureau has a fleet of Kodak high production scanners and a scanning job tracking system, enabling the company to manage projects efficiently, in real time.   Cleardata takes both electronic and paper information and uses clever industry leading software to capture data from the documents, reducing manual processes through automation and cloud document management, with intelligent workflow.

A fast growing UK company with headquarters in the North East of England, Cleardata has recently invested £1.5 million in the construction of another new facility which is due to open on the Deeside Enterprise Zone, North Wales in Spring 2017, with the support of a £304,000 Property Development Grant from the Welsh Government.

David Bryce, Managing Director, Cleardata added “This is an exciting time for our business, which is continuing to grow from strength to strength. We’re absolutely delighted to see our Document Scanning Services added to RM3781 Crown Commercial Service Framework and our team is looking forward to working with public sector organisations in digitising their paper records.  Scanning paperwork enables information to be stored securely, as well as saving valuable office space.  Our software and services help to transform the way businesses operate, enabling touchless processing for many different types of documentation, saving valuable time and money.”
