We’re pleased to provide cheque scanning services to clients throughout the UK. Outsource incoming cheques to our accredited document scanning bureau to ensure the highest security for financial data. We use Canon CR-120 cheque scanners, which can digitise up to 120 cheques per minute.
Our high-tech scanners enable your cheques to be read by both magnetic ink character recognition (MICR) and OCR scanning software, with the two sets of results cross-checked for accuracy by a unique algorithm. Using built-in ultraviolet sensors, we can identify instances of tampering as well as authentic anti-fraud logos.
We can digitise and bank your cheques digitally using Bankline, a remote cheque deposit system. This means cheques are scanned and banked quickly and easily.

Cheques are digitally banked using Bankline, a remote cheque deposit system.
04 Cloud Document Management
Digitised cheque images are uploaded to our cloud-based document management system, with quick access for authorised users only.
05 Secure Storage
Cheques are batched, labelled and stored until the client verifies and tallies the number of cheques and totals received.
06 Reporting
Relevant receipts are logged and scanned to provide clients with a full audit trail
