Each Cleardata site is equipped with advanced systems to ensure the safety and security of your information:

Biometric Entry & Facial Recognition Systems

All main entry points are protected by biometric fingerprint scanners and facial recognition technology. These systems ensure that only authorised personnel can gain access, while full audit trails log every entry by user, time, and date.

Fire Alarms & Safety

We follow BS 9997 fire risk management standards. Our fire alarm systems are installed and maintained by a BAFE-accredited provider and monitored 24/7 by a secure control centre with direct emergency service links.

VESDA - Very Early Smoke Detection Alert System

Our facilities are fitted with VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) technology. This advanced system continuously samples air quality and detects the earliest signs of smoke, enabling proactive fire response before traditional alarms are triggered.

24/7 Internal and External CCTV

Comprehensive CCTV coverage is active both inside and outside all Cleardata premises. Surveillance operates around the clock, with feeds linked to a secure alarm receiving centre and monitored for safety, accountability, and crime prevention.

Temperature Controlled

Cleardata has a Nordair Niche Air Rotation Gas Fired Heating Unit in its warehouses. This provides even heating over large areas, preventing issues with damp or humidity.

Intruder Alarms

All sites are protected by intruder alarm systems maintained by an SSAIB-certified provider. These are actively monitored 24/7, with real-time alerts routed to a secure operating centre and the police.

Hydrosense Water Detection System

Hydrosense water leakage detection system, which protects our warehouse facility from any water ingress, to prevent any damage to documents and paperwork. The system continuously monitors the premises for any water leaks.

Pest Control

Scheduled pest control visits to ensure pest prevention and control throughout the year.
