Document shredding services from Cleardata are secure and audited, ensuring destruction occurs in a safe environment. We endeavour to protect information throughout your document’s lifecycle, ensuring data protection and compliance with GDPR regulations.


Documents can be collected from any location using our tracked fleet of vehicles. We can provide shredding bags if required.
Shredding is completed in our secure facility which is protected by enhanced security and fire detection systems.
Shredding is checked into our premises, providing a complete audit. Our operatives will secure and tag your bags using our barcode management system. Records are tracked throughout the process by user, time, date and action.
Shredding is completed using our high production shredding technology to BS EN 15713 standards. Boxes are checked in to the shredding process by our operatives.
Once the shredding process is completed a certificate of destruction is provided for audit and compliance purposes.

Our Document Shredding Technology

Cleardata has invested in a fleet of HSP SP 5080 document shredders to provide secure document shredding services. Our industrial shredders offer the following benefits:-

  • The HSP SP 5080 uses cross cut technology to ensure paper is securely shredded to a high standard.

  • Handles paper, credit cards, cardboard, books, even CD’s and DVD’s. The shredder can shred over 550 sheets of paper at once, providing bulk document shredding capabilities.

  • Shreds around 1000 kilograms of paperwork per hour.
