The SPS, formerly Cleardata, team are celebrating after passing BSI’s annual inspection for ISO27001 Information Security and ISO9001 Quality Management.

The company continue to remain compliant with requirements set out under ISO27001 and ISO9001, giving customers complete confidence that information is handled and controlled in line with the best industry practices.

SPS provide a range of digital solutions, enabling companies to streamline business operations and reduce costs. These include document scanning services, secure archive storage, digital mailroom, intelligent data capture and low-cost cloud document management software. As the paper market shrinks, the company have positioned its offering to embrace this and can analyse paper and data processes to make them more efficient for businesses.

BSI continues to monitor the company’s management systems for the protection of customer information, including transfer, preparation, scanning, digital retrieval and archive storage. Following the strict guidelines set out by BSI allows SPS to make continuous improvements to its security and quality systems.

Quality and Information security are at the core of the business; all SPS staff are fully trained in data protection and security checked by Disclosure Scotland. Facilities are protected by enhanced security and fire systems, including VESDA, Biometric Entry, 24 Hour CCTV Monitoring and Hydrosense Water Detection.

David Bryce, Managing Director, said, “At SPS, the staff work extremely hard to stay compliant with BSI’s guidelines. This foundation of good systems and procedures is undoubtedly one of the most important aspects of us being where we are today”.
