Our Business

Cleardata is an SME with a nationwide presence across the UK.  Founded in the North East of England, we have expanded to become one of the largest document scanning bureaus in the country.

Each year, we digitise up to 160 million images and securely store 1 billion documents across our six purpose built sites. Our expertise extends beyond document scanning - with services evolving to include AI -powered document automation, enabling businesses to  streamline operations, enhance compliance and unlock greater efficiency.
